Please read carefully:

We guarantee your satisfaction on unused merchandise in resaleable condition 30 days from the date of delivery. You may open the packaging to determine the quality but please do not use/wash. Fabric samples and custom orders are non-returnable.  You must contact us using the contact form or call (800) 251-3638 to make arrangements for any returns and/exchanges.

Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise without first contacting us or you will void any and all return rights. We will guide you through the return process either on the phone or via email.

There is no restocking fee. Initial shipping charge is nonrefundable. If we did not make a mistake in fulfilling your order then you are responsible for shipping back to us and we will refund your account less the actual cost of shipping. (Please note this is not referring to the special flat rate shipping we offer, but the actual cost we are charged from UPS). If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will pay for shipping both ways.
