Besides being disappointed in material or color, the biggest reasons for returns are because of the purchase being the wrong size. To prevent the hassle of returning a purchase online, there are a few simple steps that can be taken to ensure a proper fit.

To measure correctly, adjust the futon into bed style, or remove the mattress and lay it on the floor. Use the chart below to figure out what size will be ideal for your new cover:

Twin: 39” width by 75” length

Full: 54” width by 75” length

Queen: 60” width by 80” length

Ottoman: 21” width by 28” length

Loveseat: 54” width by 54” length

Loveseat Ottoman: 54” width by 21” length

and voila! you have your size. But wait, there’s more. Futon mattresses are not all created equal, some are big and fluffy while others are slim and more compact.
